Insalata tiepida di mare (Warm seafood salad)

Today’s Italian Translation will be of the recipe ‘Insalata tiepida di mare’, a perfect starter to any Italian fish-based meal. With such a wide range of fresh ingredients, this light but nutritious dish will please any palate. English Translation
Ingredients for 4 people
300 gr of squid
200 gr of crayfish
8 prawns
the juice of half a lemon
2 slices of organic lemon
1 clove of garlic
parsley
1 dl of extra-virgin olive oil
1 chilli
salt and pepper in grains

  1. Clean the squid and remove the dark skin and entrails. Then wash and cut into rings. Shell the crayfish and the prawns, remove the black thread and wash. Wash the parsley, put aside two quiffs and chop the rest. Chop up the chilli.
  2. Cook the squid, the crayfish and the prawns in boiling water together with the lemon slices, some parsley and 2 grains of pepper and salt for 3-4 minutes. Beat the lemon juice together with a pinch of salt, the peeled and finely chopped clove of garlic, the chopped chilli and parsley and oil in a separate bowl until the sauce appears well-blended.  
  3. Drain the squid, the crayfish and the prawns, place elegantly on a serving dish and season with the sauce. Serve once your seafood salad has cooled down.

Ingredienti per 4 persone
300 gr di calamari
200 g di gamberi
8 scampi
il succo di mezzo limone
2 fettine di limone biologico
1 spicchio d’aglio
prezzemolo
1 dl di olio extra vergine di oliva
1 peperoncino
sale e pepe in grani

  1. Pulite i calamari e rimuovete la pellicina nera e le interiora. Poi lavateli e tagliateli ad anelli. Sgusciate i gamberi e gli scampi, privateli del filo nero e lavateli. Lavate il prezzemolo, tenete da parte due ciuffi e tritate il resto. Poi tritate il peperoncino.
  2. Fate cuocere i calamari, gli scampi e i gamberi in acqua bollente assieme alle fettine di limone, il prezzemolo e 2 grani di pepe e sale per 3-4 minuti. In una ciotola a parte sbattete con una forchetta il succo di limone, un pizzico di sale, l’aglio sbucciato e tritato finemente, il peperoncino e il prezzemolo tritati e l’olio fino ad ottenere una salsa omogenea.
  3. Sgocciolate i calamari, i gamberi e gli scampi, distribuite con eleganza su un piatto di portata e condite con la salsa. Servite non appena l’insalata di mare si sarà intiepidita.
