Sedanini in rosa e verde (Pink and green sedanini)

For those who have very little time, here is a quick but tasty Italian pasta recipe. Ingredients for 4 people
400 gr of sedanini pasta
100 gr of smoked salmon
1 avocado
1 lemon
3 sage leaves
1 clove of garlic
1 shot of brandy
Worcester sauce
80 gr of butter

  1. Cut the salmon and the avocado pulp into slivers and drizzle the avocado with lemon to prevent discoloration. Melt 50 gr of butter in a pan together with the sage leaves on a low flame.
  2. While the butter is melting, rub the bottom of the pan with a clove of garlic. In the meantime bring a pan full of salty cold water to the boil and cook the sedanini.
  3. Add salmon, avocado, salt and pepper to the condiment and drizzle over with the brandy. Let evaporate and add a sprinkling of Worcester sauce. Drain the pasta, season with the remaining butter and the prepared sauce and serve.

400 gr di pasta formato sedanini
100 gr di salmone affumicato
1 avocado
1 limone
3 foglie di salvia
1 spicchio d’aglio
1 bicchierino di brandy
salsa Worcester
80 gr di burro

  1. Tagliate il salmone e la polpa di avocado a listarelle e spruzzate quest’ultima di limone per evitare che annerisca. Fate sciogliere in una padella a fuoco basso 50 gr di burro con le foglie di salvia.
  2. Mentre il burro si scioglie, sfregate il fondo del recipiente con lo spicchio d’aglio. Nel frattempo portate a ebollizione dell’acqua fredda salata e cuocete i sedanini.
  3. Aggiungete il salmone, l’avocado, sale e pepe al condimento e aromatizzate con il brandy. Quindi lasciate evaporare e aggiungete uno spruzzo di Worcester. Scolate la pasta, conditela con il burro rimasto e il sugo preparato e servite.
